Who We Are

Our Mission Is:

  • To reach the community through the employer

  • To identify employees at risk for lifestyle related illnesses

  • To provide healthcare education to encourage employees to make lifestyle changes that will improve their overall health

What We Do

Our Goals Are:

  • To bring wellness screenings and healthcare education to area employers annually promoting employee oriented wellness and prevention services.

  • To assist area employers in the control of medical costs and improvement of their productivity by helping their employees with controllable risk factors to better manage their conditions.

  • To provide a "menu of services" to area employers, allowing them the option of providing "Healthy Workplaces" as a benefit to their employees.
