Dr. Smith received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming, where he also earned his Master of Science Degree. He graduated medical school from the University of Utah College of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency in obstetrics/gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Smith is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Urogynecologic Society.
