Immunization Clinics are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1 – 4 p.m. and the first Thursday of every month from 1 – 6 p.m.
Adolescent Immunizations
A parent or guardian must accompany the child to sign permission forms prior to immunization. Regular childhood vaccines are available for VFC (Vaccine for Children) eligible* children at no charge. Donations are accepted. Previous immunization records are needed.
*VFC eligible children are 0-18 years of age who meet one or more of the following criteria:
Enrolled in Medicaid
Uninsured (have no insurance)
American Indian/Alaskan Native
Underinsured (have health care coverage but the benefit plan does not include coverage for immunizations)
Adult Immunizations
Adult vaccinations include TB testing, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, Tetanus/Diptheria, Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis, MMR, Meningitis and Flu vaccine. Vaccine must be paid in cash up front. Call 319.385.6724 for pricing.
