Henry County Health Center’s Standards of Behavior are based on HCHC’s qSTART organizational values of quality, service, teamwork, accountability, respect and trust. Application and Selection Process

Thank you for reviewing the employment opportunities available at Henry County Health Center.

You may apply for any of our open positions by completing the fillable job application online. Resumes may also be submitted using the online application process.

A computer is available in the Human Resources offices at 407 South White Street, Mt. Pleasant, IA, to complete the application. The Human Resources office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Upon receipt, applications and resumes will be subject to an initial screening. Those who meet the minimum qualifications for the position will be forwarded to the appropriate department manager for further screening. Our department managers set interview schedules and communicate the final status of qualified applicants. Applications will be maintained in our system for a period of one year from the date they were received.
